Why Hire JCF?
Capital Advisory Services

Our capital advisory services are generally based on a three or six month period of transaction advisory, submission, and support. We collect a 50 % retainer of fees based upon a tiered pricing relative to the transaction advisory services required, marketability, amount of capital being raised, and number of submissions requiring JCF support. Total success fee is flexible with credit for retainer and ability to rollover fees as an investment into each project or venture. As CFO or CFO Advisor, JCF provides credibility to the transaction and offering documentation submitted to our investor network.

Investment Packaging & Structuring:

General pricing is based on a flat-fee per deliverable of investment packaging services for full preparation by JCF. For those that require review only or for more complex offerings, fees are determined on an hourly basis at the rate of $150.00 per hour.
